Should I say get STD from Girlfriend or get it from Chicken?

Dear God, 

I am a married guy, but unfortunately get some sexually transmitted disease. I don't know where I get it, but I am more worry how to explain to the family. Should I tell my wife I get it from girlfriend (where I got several "girl friends") or I should say I get it from "commercial partners" (chicken if you know what I mean)? I am kind of lost, hope someone can give some ideas how to deal with it. Thanks

    1) What makes you think you didn't get it from your wife?
    2) If you are sure you got it outside, tell your wife and get both treated. Tell your girlfriends too.
    3) Wear a condom when you are doing it with everyone else but your wife.
    4) Pray very hard your wife understands you were thinking with your other head.
